I don’t know what it is about the Holiday Season, but I’m hearing from tons of mommas just like you who are fired up about quitting vaping. Gratitude is a hot topic at this time of year, so how can gratitude help you deal with the overwhelm, stress, and anxiety that leads to your vaping?
I remember reading the book The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, and although this story can be interpreted in many ways, this fun tale led me to some valuable ways we can teach our children gratitude and appreciation, and how you can get back the love you may have lost for yourself along your vaping journey.
